Alev Field Trip Fundrasier - Bday Gift

Alev's Birthday is coming up on 7 June 2025. Rather than a gift she has requested donations to help her get to Red Earth! Please help us get her there.

We are very proud that Alev was 1 of 40 students accepted into the Red Earth Immersion Program. Alev submitted this application on her own and is super excited to be participating.

This cultural experience has been part of the Indigenous Education program at IGS since our first trip in 2014. Red Earth runs for up to 10 days, and allows students to stay on Country in some of the most beautiful, isolated areas of Australia to experience life in remote Indigenous communities, living on Country and seeing life through the lens of the desert peoples of Central and South Australia.

Acceptance into the Red Earth Immersion Program is conditional upon each student maintaining consistently positive and mature behaviour. This includes a high level of maturity and social-emotional wellbeing, which are essential for a meaningful and successful immersion experience on Country.

Total Fees are $4395 + Flights.

Final Balance of 2,318 is due 12 May

Red Earth is in the 2025 June/July school holidays from either Monday 7 July to Tuesday 15 July 2025
