Aletha's 40th surprise Mexican yoga retreat

It's Aletha's 40th and she's been working so hard  this last year on being the best 40 she can be.... and with that....I'm secretly letting you all know, I'm sending her to Tulum for a few days off by herself, without kids or a naggy husband.... but with the aid of amazing food, and Yoga everyday in the sun and sand.

This is something that if you can... instead of flowers, or wine, etc....and at any amount, however small, would help get her out of my hair for a bit :)
