Hey I’m Alessio, I’m 23, and finally going to get top surgery later this year. I’m a modern languages student hoping to start studying translation next year, and spend my free time involved in activism. I would love to spend this coming summer binder-free!

I started my transition 5 years ago, but haven’t had the money to save for top surgery until now. Unfortunately, Disability Pension still doesn’t pay much. Especially when surgery is just under $10,000 after private insurance (yep, gender affirming surgeries are still barely covered by Medicare).
