Hi everyone, I never thought I’d be making something like this, but I really need some help. After setting up for my school’s homecoming rally until 1:30 in the morning, I was exhausted and on my way home when I accidentally drove over a curb. At first, I thought everything was fine, but the next day I found out the bottom of my car was badly damaged—my suspension and other parts will cost around $2,000 to repair. My dad is making me cover the costs myself, which I understand, but as a student I simply don’t have that kind of money saved up. On top of that, I have two younger siblings, and having a car is how I help my parents—whether it’s picking them up, driving them to practices, or running errands for my family. Without my car, it makes things a lot harder on all of us. I’m willing to take responsibility and work to pay it off, but I’m hoping this fundraiser can help me cover at least part of it.
