Would you consider investing in me as I take this step towards my career ambition of becoming a firefighter/paramedic?

The International ALERT Academy in Big Sandy, Texas is a 9-month, 3-phase, faith-based, military-structured emergency response and leadership training program.
Through this program, I plan to complete their Fire Academy in phase 3, take the Texas state firefighter exam and apply for all four IFSAC seals that ALERT would have made me eligible to apply for. These IFSAC seals are internationally recognized, do not expire, and are highly portable; these will help simplify my process of finding Illinois fire department employment in 2027.
*I must be employed by an Illinois fire department and submit a request for course equivalency to the Office of the Illinois State Fire Marshal (OSFM). And will need to provide IFSAC/Pro Board-accredited Texas certifications and pass Illinois state written/practical exams on the first attempt to gain certification in Illinois.*
That all being said!
The hope is to raise $20,000 throughout the year to cover tuition, gear, travel, and training expenses for all 3-phases within UNIT 74.

UNLIKE the first phase, the remaining two phases can be paid in installments- which is why I will be keeping this fundraiser open and updated throughout the year.
