Aleksandra's Chicago Joffrey Ballet Summer 2025

Dear Family and Friends,

I'm extremely excited to share with you that I got accepted into the Grainger Academy of The Joffrey Ballet Summer 5-week Intensive program this summer!! I would love to attend again and am asking for help from all of you.

I also got accepted into the prestigious 5-week summer intensive program at The Houston Ballet, which was of course fantastic news!!!! BUT ultimately I decided that I'd like to continue building relationships at The Joffrey Ballet in Chicago.

Since attending the 3-week program last summer, I know that ballet is where gifts come to fruition. I continue my training of 14-15 hours a week, balancing A+ work at school!!! I would love to also share with you that yet again The Grainger Academy of The Joffrey Ballet has accepted me into their Pre-Professional Program. However, with how far away we live, my rigorous school studies, and our family life, this option just simply isn't possible at this time. Maybe in a couple of years, I'll be able to audition for a full-time arts high school.

Last summer at Joffrey, I had the privilege to work privately with a couple of different instructors who reinforced my dream.

Your donation will help pay for my tuition ($3,525), my housing in downtown Chicago ($4,000), and my required attire for the intensive/weekend activities/some spending money during my five weeks ($1,000).

I KNOW that dance is my absolute passion. With your help, along with my joy and gratitude to God for the gift of dance, I will continue to get closer to my dream of becoming a professional ballerina.
