Help Aleksandar Stupar Fight Cancer

Dear friends, family and supporters,

We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your help for someone incredibly special— Aleksandar Stupar— who is facing the toughest battle of his life.

In 2022, Aleksandar was diagnosed with a rare mutation of Leukaemia, a devastating diagnosis that changed his world overnight. Since then, he has undergone rounds of exhausting treatments and countless hospital stays with courage, resilience and hope. But recently, Aleksandar’s condition has worsened, and he now needs life-saving medical care that goes beyond what his current support system can manage.

Doctors have said that it is urgent to obtain the medication MYLOTARG (gemtuzumab ozogamicin) so that they can begin the new treatment next week. This drug is given when no other treatment options have been effective.

The effects of this medicine can slow down or even stop the progression of the disease, and in the best-case scenario, it can return the patient to remission!

Unfortunately, this drug isn’t registered in Serbia, and we must acquire it from abroad. One vial of this medication costs €7,300 and we need three vials. That means by June 11th, we need to raise €22,000 and secure the medication. If we fail to raise the money, our Aco may have only about a month left to live.
