I want to introduce you to Alejandro.  A young man that I met approximately a year ago.  He lives in the Nosara area with his wife and two boys.  I have been to his house and they are not wealthy.  He is hard working and wants nothing more than to provide for his family.  Something has gone wrong with his health.  He is in constant pain.  I have witnessed this 30 something young man cringe in pain from what appears to be a nerve or spinal problem.  The government would have him wait for three years to get a test just to identify the problem.  In the meantime he is not working and can barely get out of bed.  He needs this test to help identify the problem.  Afterwards, we can look at what can be done either with surgery, therapy or whatever.  I hope I can get your support to assist with this endeavour.   Gracias!

Hola mi nombre es Alejandro Salazar soy costarricense vivo en union liver , tengo 2 hijo .Hace 3 años vengo padeciendo de muchos Dolores en los huesos especialmente en mi columna. He Ivo al hospital muchas veces pero no me hacen nada,Solamente inyecciones para el dolor y nada mas .me mandaron una placa y el doctor lo que dice es que posible es una hernia en La Columna Lumbar,me dice que me pague a hacer una resonancia magnetica en mi cuerpo porque con el seguro d's una eternidad. Pero mis recursos economicos son muy pocos por motivo de mi enfermed se me hace dificil pagarmela porque no puedo trabajar normalmente . Muchas gracias por su ayuda
