Alejandro Roberto Rodriguez: The Untethered Soul

Our son, brother, grandson, soulmate, nephew, cousin, and friend forever Alejandro began his maiden voyage into the mystery of life on Thursday, December 13, 2018. In a final act of compassion and fellowship, he joyously extended a helping hand to a gentleman in need and it was this act that became the gateway to his entrance to the Kingdom of Heaven.  Alex, like the sun that sustains us, shines light into the darkest part of our hearts. It is the sorrow we ache with that carves our capacity for love, overflowing with all of our memories and dreams of him. Now and forever.

We open to you all. Alex’s yearning and spiritual hunger called him to extend himself into the hearts of those who were broken and selflessly gave himself with Grace and Benevolence. His conviction and devotion to truth, beauty, and love transcends the limitations of our understanding. He touches so many of our lives and it is his wonder and joy that we shall carry with us on our journeys together, protected and blessed by Alex.

With your help, your love, and your blessings our family can carry our brother and son across land and sea on a pilgrimage to sacred ground. His 26th birthday falls just a few days after Easter and it is his dream to stand within the walls of the Basilicas, gazing upwards in wonder and peace.
