Alec and Nina: Apartment Fire

Hi, I am usually the last person to ask for this sort of thing but here we are. Yesterday, a wicked fire ripped through the walls of the three family Jamaica Plain home that my girlfriend Nina and I were living in. Thankfully, everyone (including our little bunny) is safe, but our former home is now uninhabitable and we are currently displaced. Thankfully we are surrounded by some amazing family and friends and have a temporary place to live, we have received some temporary aid from the American Red Cross, but obviously there is a tremendous amount of work ahead. Thankfully the fire didn’t completely destroy all of our belongings, but a majority of our things are smoke damaged, or completely covered in fiberglass and roofing as the entire roof had to be opened up to vent smoke. We are starting the process of putting the pieces back together, and anything helps. Thank you and all my love
