Alcatraz Swim to Support Continue the Dream Scholarship

Each year the Dream Team put their bodies to the test by swimming from Alcatraz island to San Francisco. Braving strong currents and cold waters, they are not only accomplishing a personal goal but taking a stand (or swim) for undocumented communities. Join us and donate today! The high cost of college, complicated financial aid application season and anti-immigrant campaigning make your contribution even more meaningful and necessary this year.

We are very excited to have our youngest swimmer ever, Mingus Norberg-Blanco, a 15 year old social justice activist and Chris Morando, an entrepreneur and personal trainer as part of the team. They will be joining long time social justice Dream Team members Carla Paredes, Nancy Jodaitis, Jose Carrasco and Karla Castillo. We are also super grateful for the support of boat pilot, James Dilworth and kayak support from Radha Tomasseti, Fasica Almayehu and Kel Yip.
