O meu nome é Raquel e gostaria de vos apresentar o projecto para o qual estou a pedir o vosso apoio financeiro.

Tenho esta vivenda no Algarve que gostaria de começar a alugar para férias. Mas para isso é necessário fazer algumas obras. Há pinturas para fazer, um jardim para tratar, uma piscina que também precisa de uns arranjos, entre outros melhoramentos que gostaria de fazer para tornar a casa mais ecológica e confortável. 

É uma vivenda terrea com 3 quartos um deles suite, 2 casas de banho, sala ampla, cozinha equipada, quintal e piscina. Fica num local calmo a 900m da Praia do Castelo (Albufeira), com restaurantes e super-mercados perto.

A vossa contribuição converter-se-à em estadia nesta casa em datas a combinar e mediante disponibilidade. Ou seja, 80% do valor doado será um investimento para as vossas férias.

Outra vantagem será o alojamento ser cotado com uma tabela exclusiva com preços abaixo dos do mercado e diferentes dos que irei aplicar ao público em geral..

Para 2025 estes são os vossos valores de aluguer semanal(*1): 

- 15/6 a 27/7=900€/semana (início da época balnear)

- 28/7 a 31/8 =1250€/semana (mês de Agosto)

- 1/9 a 14/9=1000€/semana

- 15/9 a 14/12=800€/semana (início do ano escolar)

Para quem fizer uma doação entre 100€ e 500€ irá beneficiar destes valores(*2) até 2027; se a doação for entre 501€ e 1000€ irá beneficiar destes valores(*2) até 2029; se for superior a 1001€ irá beneficiar destes valores(*2) até 2031

My name is Raquel and this is my request for financial support for a project I have in mind.

I have a house in the Algarve that I want to start renting for holiday. But in order to do this, there is some work that needs to be done. There's painting to do, a garden to take care, a swimming pool that needs some repair. There are also other improvements I'd like to do to make the house more ecological and comfortable.

It's a one-storey house with 3 bedrooms, one is a suite, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, an equipped kitchen, a garden and a swimming pool. 

It's situated in a quiet area, 900m from Praia do Castelo (Albufeira). Restaurants and supermarkets are close by.

Your contribution is converted into a stay at the cottage at the dates to be agree, depending on availability. In other words, 80% of the amount of your donation will be an investment in your holiday.

Another advantage is that the accommodation will be priced using an exclusive pricelist, lower than those practised on the market and different from those I will apply to the general public.

For the year 2025, these are your weekly rental prices (*1)

- 15/6 to 27/7=900€/week (beginning of the bathing season)

- 28/7 to 31/8 =1250€/week (August)

- 1/9 to 14/9=1000€/week

- 15/9 to 14/12=800€/week (beginning of the school year)
