How awesome are we all.
We pulled together in the middle of a pandemic to bring a whole lot of joy to our town!
The first street art mural in Albion is officially done….but that doesn’t mean we’re done!!
We have so many different ideas for different creative art projects throughout downtown, none of which can happen on their own.
This GoFundMe is for our revolving art fund that will continue to fund new art projects in downtown Albion. Our feedback from the town has been marvelous and extremely generous. Though we are small we are definitely mighty.
If you haven’t had a chance, check out the 1st street art mural in downtown Albion, on the North side of the Pennysaver on Main Street!

Hey Albion!
Strawberry Festival - cancelled
4H Fair - cancelled
Albion Summer Festival - cancelled
These are just a few of the several events we all look forward to every summer and even though we won’t have them this summer - it doesn’t have to mean a bummer summer.
Help us beautify the town in dark times. Together we can help paint a view for a brighter future, lift moods in our neighborhood and for those traveling to or just passing through. Join us to make our city shine with a one-of-a-kind art piece.
We have recently received permission to use the North wall of the Pennysaver building on 98 for a commissioned street art Albion inspired mural. Street art is independent visual art created in public locations for public visibility. We have received partial funding from the Albion Betterment Committee and from the Albion Merchants Association, and now we just need a little bit of your help to make this mural come to life!
Not only would this piece bring joy to residents and visitors of all ages for years - you would be able to watch it be made! The fantastic part about street art (besides how cool it looks) is that the artists spray paints it during the daytime hours, and you’re able to come watch for as little or as long as you want! The entire process would take about two weeks.
We plan to have the artists begin working on the mural as soon as we are fully funded! Any additional funding would be put in an escrow account to be used for future creative art projects throughout Albion.
