Albies 4x4x48 Challenge
This weekend the club will be embarking on a 48 hour challenge to raise money for the family of Dale Fry. Dale is recovering from a major stroke he suffered last July which has left him paralysed on his left side.
Dale’s son Oscar is a member of our Under 6’s team. All proceeds will be donated to the family to help with travel costs and home conversion.
The challenge will be a twist on US Navy Seal David Goggins’ “4x4x48” challenge (an annual event which takes place this weekend where participants run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours).
As we want this event to be accessible for all club members we will have advanced, intermediate, junior and mini options.
We encourage you and your families to Run, Walk or Cycle your way through the challenge to show your support for Oscar, Dale and their family.
