Alberto is my father, a DACA beneficiary, and a longtime resident of the greater Seattle area who has called the United States home since 1995.

He is also a devoted father of three who has worked hard for years as a painter and general contractor to support his family and build a life in the community. Now, Alberto and our family are facing one of the most difficult moments after being detained by ICE and urgently needing legal representation to fight his immigration case.

This fundraiser was created to help cover Alberto’s legal fees so he has the strongest possible chance of protecting his future, staying with his family, and defending the life he has built over decades.
