Hello Everyone! My name is Bianca Jusino, and I am the proud sister of Albertito Jusino. As many of you know, Albertito passed away suddenly on 2/2/2015 at the young age of 19 years old. There has been an Academic Scholarship established in his honor at his High School, The Palmas Academy for one lucky scholarship winner. All your donations will go directly to student's tuition at the Palmas Academy.

Losing Albertito, brought a great time of despair, mourning and great sadness upon, our family, the Palmas del Mar community, friends and his karate students.Through, the unconditional love and support from The Palmas Academy, generous donors, family and friends, the Jusino Gonzalez family has been blessed and honored to turn a tragic accident into a blessing and journey of hope. After combined efforts we have created a academic scholarship fund in honor of our Sensei Albertito Jusino. This scholarship fund has been created at The Palmas Academy since May 2016, to carry on Albertitos' legacy and honor him as a Alumni, and their after school karate teacher at TPA. Albertito was a role model to follow, with great moral values, and a hunger to always help and learn from teachers, students and classmates. Education and learning is more than a opportunity, it is a blessing which many take for granted. The Jusino Gonzalez family and Palmas Academy agreed to open this scholarship fund for a special student whom shows all the amazing qualities a true student, martial artist, community role model, and genuine warrior have.

The Scholarship winner, was awarded to Alexandra Berlingeri on 5/1/16. Alexandra was Albertito's Martial Art student since the young age of 4 years old. Alexandra was chosen to attend The Palmas Academy on a full scholarship thanks to the generous donors, families, friends and her passion for Martial Arts and learning. Alexandra was chosen, based on her spectacular grades, dedication to martial arts, and her perseverance to carry and honor her Sensei's legacy with the mind of a scholar, heart of gold and a soul to enlighten.

Since Alexandra's first enrollment at The Palmas Academy, she has been awarded her Brown Belt in Tai-Fu-Shoi. Alexandra has also taken on the new task of Synchronized Form category in Martial Arts, which is a high level category many black belts participate in. Alexandra has continued to strive in her academics, awarded the high honor roll in all her classes, and has been a devoted student involved in many activities such as basketball, volleyball, and robotics.
**Synchronized Forms **

Alexandra will be entering 8th grade ( Junior High School ) in Fall 2018 and we count with all your support, and unconditional love to keep this scholarship alive and give Alexandra the amazing experience and education she has been blessed to receive.
There are no words to explain the gratitude The Jusino Gonzalez Family, and Alexandra Berlingeri's family feel in keeping Albertito's memory alive through love, education and blessings, thank you all! Please donate today.
