Albert and Wendy’s flood damage relief

Hi everyone,

Albie and Wendy have recently lost everything in the floods in the northern rivers of NSW. They are a beautiful family of 5 who just bought their dream home on the river before Christmas. Fortunately they escaped the rising waters and were able to grab 1 bag of possessions each. While they are unable to assess the full damage, they watched the flood water go halfway up the second floor of their home and are currently safe staying with a friend.

They need funds for house hold items including new internal floors and kitchen, clothes and school supplies for their youngest children to finish their HSC.

They are a family of volunteers. Albie and the three kids volunteer for rural fire service and Wendy is a social welfare worker that supports vulnerable families in schools. Both Albie and Wendy are unable to work at this time while everyone waits for the floods to recede.
