Alayna Strong

We are a group of people that love and care for Alayna and her family with all of our hearts.   Alayna, her sister and brother just turned 14.  Just a few months ago, on March 10th, 2016, Alayna was diagnosed with Very High Risk Pre B Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (VHR ALL).   Alayna although shy, is a girl that is full of spirit and she has been fighting cancer with all of her might.  Chemo, feeding tubes, low immune system, the constant fear of fever, possible hospital stays and so much more has become the norm for this family. This diagnosis came on so suddenly that it has turned everything upside down, for her, her family and everyone that loves her. 

Here is a message from her Alayna's dad (Tim) -
"For all of our family, friends and supporters:
I am so grateful for all the help coming from every direction. I'm sure every family that ends up in these situations never thought it would happen to them and when it does the love from all around helps dissolve the shock and fear. I get all swelled up with emotion and I can't even speak when I think about all of the selfless help from everyone we know and even those we don't. I want to thank everyone personally, but like I said the words won't come out for the lumps in my throat and tears in my eyes. I feel so blessed."

So much has changed for this family, Alayna, her 3 siblings, and her mom and dad.  Liana (mom)  had to quit her job to take care of Alayna.  That leaves them with only one income,  insurance costs raising  from $300 to $900/month and accumulating medical bills.  Our hope is this go fund me page will raise money to help the Shelley family with the increasing medical expenses and their living expenses.   We would love to be able to alleviate some stress from their already stress filled world!
