Al-Ayn is a charitable organization dedicated to providing relief for displaced families, especially children who have been orphaned. It offers specialized healthcare, housing support, and pathways to self-sufficiency, enabling those sponsored by the program to eventually become independent. The organization’s work began during the civil war in Iraq in 2006 and has since expanded to include efforts in Afghanistan and Ghana. Its initiatives have been praised by the United Nations. Al-Ayn has also received full support and formal permission (ijaza) to collect Islamic dues (such as zakat) from the Grand Religious Authority of Iraq, al-Sayyid al-Sistani.

Our aim with this fundraiser is to raise charitable donations (sadaqa) for orphans in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Ghana.
