We are raising money to fund our uncle Alan’s treatment for his brain tumour.
Alan is 36 years old, he has already beaten stomach and liver cancer and was given the all clear 7 years ago. He was cancer free for a few years, met someone and had a little girl who is now 5. Alan has since been diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumour and has been given months left to live. He originally was given 10 years but a recent scan shows that it is growing at a much faster rate than expected.
The UK has no further treatments available to help him but the Hallwing clinic in Germany have a new treatment that has been hugely successful in treating brain tumours.
Alan’s dad died of cancer 2 months before he was born as treatments weren’t as advanced but hopefully we can hit our target in time to save him and let him enjoy watching his daughter grow up.
