Help Alanna save Bougainvillea home

PLEASE NOTE:  This isn"t money just to save the plant.  The attorney can file an injunction to postpone or halt that while I get help with the ongoing harassment by my Landlord.  

I have finally found an attorney to help me in the war of attrition my landlord and his attorney are waging against me.  I have lived in San Francisco in the same place for 35 years (the Richmond District).  I have rent control and a landlord who is doing everything he can to evict me.  This has become an almost monthly demand for me to give up something else I love about where I live.  Currently, they are demanding I remove the Bougainvillea that I planted 25 years ago.  The plant has become a well-known feature of the neighborhood.  Especially in the spring and summer when it is in full, riotous bloom.   I am currently under a doctor's care for the stress and mental anguish this is causing me.  

I need to come up with aproximately $4,000.00 to pay for an attorney to help me stop the harrassment.  It is possible to get an injunction to delay the removal of the plant, at least until the fall when it might be possible to move it without destroying it.  

I am at my wit's end and dealing with greed and an attorney who is famous for getting tenants evicted or causing them so many problems they feel they HAVE to move.   I would just like to be on even footing and that canonly happen with an attorney.
