This past year has been a whirlwind of unexpected experiences, health challenges and many milestones. Throughout all these medical uncertainties and realities , we have been blessed in so many ways and are so grateful and humbled by the endless love, continued support and daily prayers from our amazing sons, family, friends and community. As a devout family, we have our faith and church for spiritual support and our loved ones for boundless, unconditional love. At this stage in our journey, we find ourselves in a situation that shocks us, challenges us and taxes us emotionally and financially. 

Alan has been a picture of great health not to mention enjoyed an endless activity packed lifestyle. Those who know him, can attest to his infectious smile, down to earth demeanor, kindness, bottomless reserve of energy and work ethic. As we remain resolute and hopeful, with the grace of God, we are also facing the staggering medical expenses. So without taking anyone or anything for granted, it is with gracious appreciation and humble gratitude that we reach out to all of you to ask for assistance in any way you can so we can give Alan the miracle of medicine to fight the cancer and a chance at a cancer free life.

We have been introduced to an exceptional medical team with a world renown program that is a results based approach to curing the type of cancer that Alan is battling. As fortunate of an opportunity this is, it is also not covered by our medical plan and requires Alan to receive aggressive medical care in Germany. The medical team has given us so much hope and encouragement we are choosing to entrust his care and future health in their caring hands.
