Dear Friends and Family:
Our beloved Alan, or Uncle Al as he is affectionately known, was diagnosed with congestive heart failure about six years ago. He has lived with this condition, managing episodes of weakened heart and lung function since that time.
In late Summer of last year, Alan’s condition worsened requiring extreme measures including a heart transplant. With the assistance of many in the health field, efforts are being made to have Alan placed on a transplant list.
He is now unable to work, facing large medical bills, extensive out-of-pocket expenses, and as an entrepreneur, he has no corporate insurance to support these growing costs, and life essentials such as groceries.
