Alan R Gray - Raising for Deeview Court Residents Fund
Donation protected
Alan passed away on the 26th of February aged 61 after a long and difficult struggle with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis.
Alan was a much loved father, husband, uncle and friend to many. His humour, care and dedication throughout his life is his lasting legacy.
He was, amongst other things, an Aberdeen fan, a skilled draughtsman, an artist, a car and bike enthusiast and a music lover (especially The Cure, Simple Minds and Mazzy Star!)
He would want to be remembered as someone who was compassionate and generous, and therefore we have chosen to set up a fundraiser for the Deeview Court specialist care facility where he spent his final years being looked after by the wonderful and compassionate staff.
The facility has a Residents Fund that directly covers the costs of equipment, entertainment and day to day essentials for the on-site residents. We believe that this fund would help bring joy to those who have complex conditions similar to Alan's and would be a great way of saying thank you to the great work done at Deeview Court.
Alan's funeral will be held on the 18th of March.
