Alan Pond's Funeral and Memorial Service

After the sudden and devastating loss of Alan Pond, his Family, the Martial Arts Community and the Community at large are left feeling shocked and helpless. As someone who inspired, mentored and cared for so many, now is the time for us to offer our love, strength and support to Alan's family.
Alan Pond was larger than life, an extraordinary man, but this was one punch that nobody saw coming. Anyone who knew Alan will agree that he was one-of-a-kind, determined to live life to the fullest with integrity, honour and passion. Alan passed on not only his immense martial arts knowledge and skills but also valuable life lessons to all that were privileged to have known him.
Circumstance now sees Alan's finances frozen, leaving a massive burden on Alan’s family to fund what’s needed to give him the send off that he deserves. Your donation will go towards a funeral and service to celebrate Alan's life. Anything left over will be placed into account for Alan's son, Stephen.

According to gofundme regulations, I need to share with you the following information:
1. I am Michael Davies, former student, Assistant Coach and long-time friend of Alan Pond.
2. All funds raised will be used to settle the account for Alan's funeral on 31/03/2021 with Bowra & O'Dea Funeral Directors and the associated costs for the memorial at Brown Park, Swan View also on 31/03/2021 - including AV hire from Perth Audio Visual, refreshments, printing, videographer and venue hire from City of Mundaring.
3. Funds will be withdrawn by myself, Michael Davies and paid directly to the third parties included in the list forementioned.
