Our wonderful Dad and loving husband to our Mum recently lost his battle with Cancer. The nurses at Wigan & Leigh Hospice were absolutely brilliant in providing help and support at all times of the day and night. They offered practical care whilst at the same time a listening ear and reassurance. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always kind and compassionate.

Cancer is a horrible disease which can and will touch most peoples lives. Please join our family in helping other people receive the same care and support at this most vulnerable time .

Wigan and Leigh Hospice provides expert palliative care to local people. The Hospice has an in-patient unit as well as community teams helping patients in their own homes and in care homes.

For example, a donation of £50 could pay for a hospice nurse to visit a patient in their own home.
