Hello, I know in some way every one of you has been touch by this Covid pandemic. My family is no different. Right now, my brother, Alan Landrum, is in the hospital, struggling to fight Covid.
For those that know him, you already know the type of man he is. He is a wonderful husband, father, and school teacher. He loves his God and people so well. He is such a selfless man and now I am asking for people to love him through this.
Alan was hospitalized, after battling Covid at home, on Thursday, August 26th. The doctors are not sure why, but his oxygen keeps getting worse. The doctors are doing all they can, but nothing changes. Alan is fighting to get better, but Covid isolation is a heavy burden. Every day, in Covid isolation, is a battle mentally and physically with very little human interaction. He has not been able to see his wife or daughter since the 26th. Being alone, away from your family, for that many days while seeing no progress is such a heavy burden. He needs help in this fight.
A major way to help with his recovery is to help him know that some of his medical bills will be paid for. We are not asking for a lot. We want you to pray and donate what you feel the Lord leads you to give. As a public school teacher and a seminary student, his family does not have the money to cover these bills. Whatever you can give would be a great blessing for my brother and his little family. It will help him focus on getting better and not on worrying where the money will come from.
Please, if you can, help my brother.
