Alan Dempsey passed suddenly after being hit by a vehicle in the early morning on July 9, 2019 in Crown, West Virginia.
He was a well-loved friend to many people across the globe. He was a deeply passionate person who shared his love of all things creative from books to music to film to games and entertainment with those around him. He was quick to make his friends laugh and tell them how much he cared for them. He had so much to offer the world.
This fundraising campaign is run by friends of Alan, and all of the money raised here will go directly to Alan's mother, Lynn Dempsey, to assist with funeral costs memorial for her son.

Friends may gather with the family from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Friday, July 12, 2019 at the Mallory Church of God at Mallory where a Memorial Service will begin at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Shaun Walker officiating.
In honor of Alan’s request his remains have been cremated.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man to help with funeral expenses.
