I hope you receive this message when you are in your best condition. My name is Alaa Imad Jadallah, I am 23 years old, and I was studying accounting at the Islamic University in Gaza City. Unfortunately, due to the difficult conditions and the ongoing war on Gaza, all universities have been destroyed, and I have become unable to complete my studies. I lost a whole year of my life without being able to achieve any of my academic dreams.

‏My family of 7, including me, have suffered from the bombing of our house several times, and we had to go away several times from one place to another in search of safety. We started by migrating to the Moasi area near the Khan Yunis Sea, where we spent three months in a tent during the harsh winter amid the rain and cold. Then, we moved to the city of Rafah to escape the continuous bombardment, and lived two months in similar conditions, where we were suffering from a lack of water and financial resources due to the lack of any source of income for our family. Again we had to move and return to the tent to live in the tent, and this time it was in the harsh summer.

‏With all these difficulties and sufferings, as a family we seek a chance to get out of Gaza to live a decent life elsewhere. We need your humanitarian help to finance our journey out of the Strip. As a family of 7, we need $35,000, each needing $5,000 to cover the costs of travel and accommodation outside Gaza.
