Let me begin by saying thank you for taking the time to consider helping. I know even if you are unable to help monetarily, I have faith your prayers will be with Al.

Everyone knows Al would help anyone, and many of you have experienced his generosity. Now, Al is in serious need of financial help. Due to his medical conditions, (polycystic kidneys and other related health issues) he is emotionally affected, as well as physically.

He needs our help to prepare for his journey to come. After he is released from his current hospital stay, they will be planning a surgery to remove both kidneys in order to prepare him to be placed on the transplant list. I have been through this, and believe me, it is tough.

Many might be wondering about his income, and that is understandable. He does not have much disability coming in due to his past circumstances. In addition to that, due to his current poor health, he can not earn money as he was able to in the past. By the time he pays for his supplementary insurance, there is almost nothing to live on.
