Al Marsden just got fined from DFO $ 8000 for protecting his crew on a roe herring charter in March 2019 He was trying to set and he threw a bear banger at sea lions to scare them away .Al has been bitten a few years ago by a sea lion and got a nasty bite .So this ridiculous charge also came with a 7000 dollar lawyer bill
