Helloo! This is Alistair & Lucy, who have been very disorganised and lacking in training, but this weekend will be on our way to the start (and hopefully finish) line of the 56 mile RED ROUTE cycle around Glasgow / Clyde Valley as part of Chris hoy’s Tour de 4 event.
