Al Irish's recovery from motorcycle accident.

As most of you have heard by now, Al suffered a massive motorcycle accident due to someone texting and driving. He suffered a lot of lacerations, bruises, and a broken pelvis/hips. He just got out of surgery and all went well, however life will be very different now, for the entire family. Bed rest for 6 weeks, much physical therapy and he will most likely suffer permanent chronic pain. Al's career between the junk removal and personal training is entirely physical. He may need a career change or to retire. However if anyone knows Al he will beat the odds because he is not built like anyone else. We want to help Tania and the children navigate this awful situation. Please try to support Al, Tania and the children.
