It is with heavy hearts that we share the devastating news of the unexpected passing of our beloved Al Giocondi on Monday, January 1. This tragedy shocks our community as we navigate the beginning of a new year without him.

Al wasn't just a co-founder at Terzo; he was a cherished member of our family, a best friend, a brother, and a source of numerous valuable life lessons for me and others. His unwavering dedication, genuine warmth, and infectious smile had a transformative effect on everyone fortunate enough to know him. Al had a unique way of making each person feel relaxed and their best around him, making them feel welcome with his kindness. He also was the funniest person in the room coming up with the most unpredictable ways to make you laugh until your sides hurt.

His legacy is one of love, compassion, and camaraderie, leaving an indelible mark on the lives he touched. As we grapple with the immense loss, we must rally together to support one another. In times like these, we are reminded of the strength we possess when we come together as a community.

Let us hold Al and the Giocondi family in our collective thoughts and prayers, offering our support during this difficult time. The Giocondis are my second family and I am their fourth son as Joan Giocondi, Al's mom, always said. They were always there to support me in times of great challenges.

Many have reached out asking how to contribute and support the family during this difficult time. We established this GoFundMe to assist the family with this unexpected hardship. Our hope is this will allow them to focus on grieving the loss of their son, brother, and uncle.
