The Town Planning team at Carrington West are completing the Seven Sisters 21k Walk on the 11th of April to raise money for Sophie's Legacy, they are a charity based at Southampton General Hospital who are vital in supporting families who face cancer diagnosis!

This one is close to home and we will be doing this in support of little Lola who is facing her battle with Wilms Tumour ✨

Lola is just 5 years old and has been given the dreadful news that she has an extremely rare form of Kidney Cancer - Wilms Tumour, also known as Nephroblastoma. Lola has also discovered that this has extended to her lungs.

She has a long road of recovery and is currently being supported by the amazing Sophie's Legacy Charity based out of Southampton General Hospital. Lola is undergoing 6 weeks of chemotherapy and an operation to remove her Kidney and then a further 26 weeks of chemo. As you can imagine the family are devastated but keeping little Lola in good spirits with the help of this amazing charity!

It would be amazing if we could raise as much as possible for the wonderful charities that are vital in supporting families who face cancer diagnosis!
