Help a Single Mom Keep Her Car

Hello! My name is Claire and I'm a single mom of a beautiful and bright 4 year old, and I've fallen onto some hard times recently. I was hospitalized this last October due to some pretty hard mental health issues, and sadly I was not able to return to work once being discharged. I've been able to make ends meet with some help from family and some odd jobs throughout the holiday season, however with the holidays behind us, I'm back on the job hunt again.

We are beyond blessed to have been taken in by family who is housing and feeding us, and we are so grateful to have that community. However, the job hunt has been slowed by medical issues, including a particularly nasty bout of COVID, and while we are not in danger of being unhoused, we still have monthly bills like car and phone payments, as well as some credit card bills to pay. Add to this some credit card fraud that drained the last of my bank account, and we're getting pretty desperate.

The amount I'm requesting will cover our expenses for the rest of the month, and anything over that amount that's raised will go towards the following month(s) until I can find a new position and support us more fully.
