Please Help My Grandpa Fulfill His Wish

Hi my name is Alex Matos and I’m Fundraising for my grandfather Juan Antonio Velazquez Flores he currently has stage 4 lung cancer and has spread to other parts which is horrible I wish I can change that . He has a huge heart has and would do anything just about for anyone. He raised his kids on his own helped with his grandkids. When my mom and I found out he was real ill we went from San Antonio Texas to Puerto Rico to see what exactly was going on when we went to the office that found the cancer and asked them if he would be ok to fly since he has been hooked up to oxygen the specialist stated if we were going to take him out of Puerto Rico it would have to be asap .So 2 days later we landed to Texas with my grandfather on November 16 in hopes to have a cure or even better treatment then in Puerto Rico . The next day was my birthday he had to go to the er where they kept him and ran many test on him where he was released . At the hospital they stated the cancer is to far at this point we don’t have many option they said We just need to make him comfortable and enjoy what he has left. He was very independent and now he is not capable of doing anything. He’s currently in hospice and his health is getting worse by the day. His wish is to be flown back to Puerto Rico and buried once he passes since we can’t fly him anywhere due to the conditions he is in.My grandpa and I had a long conversation he was telling me he didn’t want to be cremated that he wanted to be flown back home I promised him that I would figure out a way to get him back home and that I would make sure that his wish came true . I am asking everyone and the public please help me make his wish come true I can’t do it on my own. All will go to his wish and nothing else.
