Hello friends! I’m here to do something that’s very hard for me: asking for help!

A little info about my situation; in the summer of 2023 my friend was visiting as I was showing her the sights of Seattle when I experienced a lot of shortness of breath & trouble walking any distance. I got in to see my dr thinking it was my asthma acting up. It wasn’t. If had a very small heart attack & my primary care sent me to the hospital for testing. At this time they found that I not only had congestive heart failure but I was also in late stages of renal failure (kidneys). Being type 3 diabetic since 2015, I knew I was in trouble. I need a kidney transplant. So I began a regimen of meds and many Dr appointments. I then moved to PA w my girlfriend, as we could be closer to family for support. This has been quite a journey. And as I’m still working from home, last week I began dialysis and that’s 3 days a week (quite time consuming) and my energy levels are just depleted. I long to just go find a full time job but my body won’t let me. And now I’m struggling to afford all this care & to just survive this illness. My work hours are very minimal due to all this and I’m just having trouble getting by. So I come to you all humbled and asking for any help you can spare during this time. I also want to raise awareness about the importance of organ donation & how you can save a life! If you’re interested in seeing if you’re a match please reach out and I can answer some questions.
