AKELLER PERFORMANCE EQUESTRIAN SHOW TEAM

Hi, my name is Nicole Pledger. My daughter Kennedy is the youngest on our local equestrian show team. My daughter struggled to find her "thing" until she discovered her love of horses. We are so proud as we have watched her grow and learn to shine! As with so many other youth sports over the last few years, Covid and inflation have drastically taken their toll. Our girls have worked hard and will show at the ABRA Buckskin World Show, and the National Appaloosa Youth World Shows in the next few weeks. One of our team members, Addyson Wicks, will represent our team and our state as the only candidate from Texas in the Youth Ambassador competition. With the cost of hay, diesel, and every other expense, these middle-class families are spending thousands trying to make this dream a reality for these hard-working girls. We want to fundraise some of the costs of care and transport for the horses to lessen the financial burden on our families. Any little bit helps, and these girls so appreciate your support!!
