The day we were scammed was not the worst day of my life, but it was definitely the crappiest! At 4am, I awoke to my beloved senior dog in distress and a very stinky bedroom. As I got up to help, I slipped through diarrhea covering my bed. This is how my nightmare started.

- Scammers acted like friendly customer service providers
Refund of $600 - scammers claimed they overpaid the refund
- Bank payment to cover fraudulent overpayment
Notification of scam ⇒ Within hours, notified of scam
- Scammer posing as a federal agent
- Notified local bank immediately
Small, Local Bank in Asheville
- Did everything possible to stop the money transfer
- Initiated the Bank Wire
- Stopped the Bank Wire when notified of scam (within hours)
- Tried everything possible to cancel the money transfer
- Completed interviews and applications
- Assisted in filing FBI complaint
Wells Fargo - Big Bank in New York City
- Bank of the scammer
- Received the Bank Wire (Thursday, 1 September 2022)
- Bank waited over 2 Weeks to make final decision
- Kathryn suffered significant emotional stress ⇒ tortured!

- Bank transferred funds / immediately withdrawn, as predicted
The scam incident was financially and emotionally devastating. Waiting for Wells Fargo’s decision was emotional torture. However, instead of closing up shop or getting depressed, we poured our heart and soul into writing 2 mini-books to explain our unique training approach and our training collar covers. We offer these as gifts for everyone’s generous donations.
4) The Bottomline
All funds will support the production of our patent-pending training collar covers. Our goal is to recover at least a portion of our scammed funds through generous donations and sponsorships.
