Priscilla's Medical Bills- Colon Cancer

Donation protected
Priscilla had been experiencing nausea and pain on her right side for months, but never thought anything of it. During a yearly check-up at the OBGYN, her doctor Courtney Fronz said something seemed abnormal.  She took Priscilla back for an ultrasound, and they discovered a very large mass in her abdomen. It had been growing there for quite some time, and was stealing her vital nutrients. She had a colonoscopy that revealed nothing abnormal inside her colon, but the tumor was in a very rare spot on the outside of the colon and had attached itself to the small intestine, and the abdomenal wall as well. She had a biopsy a few days later which revealed that the tumor was cancerous, and that it had originated in the cecum (the area where the small intestine and colon meet). The cancer was in stage 3C, and it was localized-- thankfully it had not spread to other areas of her body, however 6 of 18 lymph-nodes in the area were affected. On Thursday May 1st in the middle of the night, Priscilla had the tumor removed robotically. Her surgeon, Dr. Jay Singh, was able to remove all of the tumor, and he removed part of her colon, part of her small intestine, her appendix, her ovaries, and her uterus as well. Since he wasn't expecting to do a hystorectomy, Dr. Singh had to call an OBGYN in the middle of the night to remove it. Since Priscilla was unprepared for that surgery, she developed an abscess afterwards that led to a pretty bad infection.  She was in the hospital for 19 days after her surgery where they installed a drain to release the fluid from her abscess.  She had a very high fever, and was on a clear liquid diet for over a month.  When she was finally well enough to come home, she didn't stay for long. She began throwing up blood and was put back in the hospital for two more weeks with a blockage in her intestine. The doctors put a tube down her throat for 48 hours to suck up all of the bile and acid inside her intestine, and while that was quite traumatizing, it was very helpful.  She came back home after two weeks and has been home recovering ever since.

She is projected to begin chemotherapy treatments in 2 weeks, and she will have a treatment every other Monday for 6 months.

Y'all have been so dear to us during this time.  We have been so cared for and so covered in prayer. Now I'd like to ask for your help. Priscilla's insurance reset on June 1st. That means that the hospital bills before June1st fall under one deductible ($4000) and the hospital bills since June 1st fall under another ($3000).

The total cost for her medical bills right now is $7000. Would you pray and ask The Lord if he would have you give? If you are unable to provide financial help, we'd simply love your prayers.

We know that The Lord is good and that He provides. And we have total faith that He'll provide here too.
