Helping Aria

Hi my name is Rita
My beautiful friend and their little family is going through very very tough time right now
Aria has not long had major back surgery
And still recovering and healing
Unfortunately,
on Tuesday last week she developed the flu
Wednesday afternoon, she deteriorated quite fast and an ambulance was called and she is now in ICU fighting
When the ambulance arrived at the home, her oxygen level was only at 40 they put her straight onto oxygen and now she is on a breathing machine to help her breathe
Now she has ammonia on her right lung as well as influenza A
She receives physio up to 3 times a day to try and remove the mucus from her lungs to suction out.
this was the first update
“We Aria is in ICU at GC hospital
Aria went down hill really fast this afternoon
She was struggling to breathe so I rang an ambulance
They gave her oxygen straight away
She has pneumonia in one lung
They have put her to sleep and are helping breath for her
They are saying that she is very sick
Wayne is in his way to Sydney airport”
when is an interstate truck driver which has come back to be with his family but unfortunately well he’s not working. He does not get paid.
Reagan is a nail tech and if she does not work, she also does not get paid
Family so they can pay their bills and mortgage and don’t worry about any of the stress while their daughter is recovering in ICU
It doesn’t look like she’ll be out in a hurry so I’m hoping Family and friends would put in some money to help this family not worry about anything but helping their beautiful little girl
Aria is a very special little girl. She’s always laughing and smiling and she’s had a tough life.
So I’m really hoping that people have a heart of gold and can help even if it’s just a little bit
This was our recent update
“Aria has had one lot of Physio today
Her phlegm is very thick today so hard to suction
She had an xray and unfortunately the phenomena is a bit worse today (this can happen and is not unusual)
So the plan is to today, change her sedation drug to something a bit stronger that will help keep her asleep because she keeps breaking through the current drug and moving around a lot.
She is still doing a good job at breathing mostly by herself but they think it will be best to keep her on the breathing machine for another night to help fight the infection”
