Poderíamos defini-las?? Claro que sim!

Porque Elas não são apenas cães de canil, sem luz nem cor. Em todas elas há algo especial e único. Em todas elas há histórias de negligência e indiferença...de abandono e sofrimento. Apesar das vidas marcadas, elas

simbolizam a lealdade, a verdadeira amizade. Não exigem. Apenas querem receber. Dão o infinito. Dão sorrisos prontamente, sem receio dos traumas que ja passaram.

Para nós, voluntários e padrinhos, não são só cães de canil. São familia, comunidade, solidariedade, corações cheios, sorrisos prontos!!!

E as nossas “miúdas caninas”precisam de ajuda...para cuidados/procedimentos veterinários.

A Jeans. Novamente mastocitoma desta vez num dedo do membro anterior. Vai fazer amputação do dedo para conseguir remover o tumor com margens. (Estimativa de orçamento- 155€)

A Tutti tem neoplasia mesenquimatosa/ possivel tumor perivascular. Pelo que descrevem pode ser benigno ou maligno de baixo grau…tem que ser removido e enviado para histopatologia. A Tutti precisa ainda de um TAC para diagnóstico de problema na coluna. (Estimativa de orçamento- 405€+384€ do Tac)

A Reggae tem um mastocitoma no membro posterior direito. Vai fazer estadiamento oncológico com punções de figado e baco. Se estiver tudo ok, precisa de cirurgia para remoção do tumor.(Estimativa de orçamento- 208€)

A Maggie tem um mastocitoma. Após tratamento de uma febre da carraça ja fez punções de órgãos para estadiamento oncológico. Precisa de cirurgia para remoção do tumor. (Estimativa de orçamento- 208€).

Jeans, Reggae, Maggie and Tutti are four dogs who live at the UniãoZoófila

Could we define them? Of course we could!

Because they are not just kennel dogs, without light or color. In all of them there is something special and unique. In all of them there are stories of neglect and indifference... of abandonment and suffering. Despite their scarred lives, they symbolize loyalty, true friendship. They don't demand. They just want to receive. They give infinity. They give smiles readily, without fear of the traumas they've been through.

For us, volunteers and sponsors, they are not just kennel dogs. They are family, community, solidarity, full hearts, ready smiles!!!

And our “canine girls” need help... for veterinary care/procedures.

Here are the “needs” of our paws:

Jeans. Again mastocytoma, this time on a toe of the forelimb. She's going to have the finger amputated in order to remove the tumor with margins. (Estimated budget - 155€)

Tutti has a mesenchymal neoplasm/possible perivascular tumor. From what they describe, it could be benign or low-grade malignant... it needs to be removed and sent for histopathology. Tutti also needs a TAC scan to diagnose a problem with her spine (estimated budget - 405€+384€ for Tac).

Reggae has a mastocytoma on her right hind limb. She will undergo oncological staging with liver and spleen punctures. If everything is ok, she'll need surgery to remove the tumor. (Estimated budget - 208€)

Maggie has a mastocytoma on her vulva. After treatment for tick fever, she has already had organ punctures for oncological staging. She needs surgery to remove the tumor. (Estimated budget - 208€)
