Hello, my name is Anna, and I am Emanuel’s wife.

On July 20, 2022, my husband suffered a workplace accident and was diagnosed with a condition called rhabdomyolysis. Rhabdomyolysis is a serious medical condition in which the muscles suffer severe damage, releasing toxic substances into the bloodstream. This can affect vital organs such as the kidneys and heart, causing severe pain, extreme weakness, and serious health complications.

Unfortunately, the damage caused by this condition was severe and permanent. Even after nearly four years, Emanuel continues to suffer from constant pain, physical limitations, and the need for ongoing medical treatment.

Because of this condition, my husband has been unable to work for the past 3 years and 11 months.

As if the health challenges were not enough, our family recently faced another major hardship. After spending 5 months and 12 days in detention, Emanuel is finally free, but his medical recovery continues. While we are deeply grateful for his release, he still requires ongoing medical care, treatment, and special support due to the limitations caused by his illness.

Throughout this entire period, we have faced many financial difficulties. In addition to our basic living expenses, the costs associated with medical treatment, doctor appointments, examinations, and ongoing care continue to be a significant challenge for our family.
