Há histórias que nos apertam o coração… e esta é uma delas.

Durante a última tempestade que passou por Portugal, um casal de idosos, o seu filho de 24 anos e um senhor acamado de Montalegre viram a sua vida mudar num instante. Uma pequena faísca, perdida no meio do temporal, transformou-se num incêndio devastador. Em poucos minutos, a casa onde viveram décadas — onde criaram memórias, onde guardavam fotografias, onde se sentiam protegidos — desapareceu. Perderam tudo. E, com tudo, perderam também um pedaço do chão onde sempre acreditaram estar seguros.

Hoje, estão a tentar erguer-se no meio das cinzas, com uma coragem imensa… mas sozinhos não conseguem.

Por isso, estamos a juntar 10.000€ até dia 26 de dezembro, para que esta família possa voltar a ter um lar.

There are stories that tighten our hearts… and this is one of them. During the last storm that swept through Portugal, an elderly couple, their 24-year-old son, and a bedridden man from Montalegre saw their lives change in an instant. 

A small spark, lost amid the storm, turned into a devastating fire. In just a few minutes, the house where they had lived for decades — where they created memories, where they kept photographs, where they felt protected — disappeared. They lost everything. And with everything, they also lost a piece of the ground where they had always believed they were safe. 

Today, they are trying to rise from the ashes, with immense courage… but they cannot do it alone.

That’s why we are gathering €10,000 by the 26th of December, so that this family can once again have a home. A warm place. A place of their own. A place where they can breathe with relief again. If each of us puts a little bit of love into this campaign, we can give them back what the fire took away: dignity, comfort and hope.
