No final do ano 2019 nasceu a ideia do restaurante Safflor. Tínhamos intenção de abrir o restaurante em março de 2020, mas devido à pandemia a abertura foi adiada. Agora, após 7 meses de abertura vimo-nos obrigados a “fechar” portas divida as medidas impostos pelo o governo, deixandon só take away como opção. Estes 7 meses de trabalho e conquistas não foram o suficiente para criar uma reserva financeira estável que nos permita sobreviver a mais um confinamento. Com isto e numa procura de sobrevivência alternativa vimos aqui pedir aos nossos clientes e amigos que (com o que puderem) nos ajudem a ultrapassar este episódio doloroso.

At the end of 2019, the idea of restaurant Safflor was born. We had the intention to open the restaurant in March 2020, but due to the pandemic the opening was postponed. Now, after 7 months of opening we are forced to “close” the doors due to government imposed measures, leaving only take away as an option. These 7 months of work and achievements were not enough to create a stable financial reserve that will allow us to survive another lockdown. With this and in search of alternative survival we came here to ask our clients and friends to (with whatever they can) help us to overcome this painful episode.
