O meu nome é Simão, sou um homem trans e procuro a vossa ajuda para fazer a minha mastectomia. Eu iniciei recentemente o processo pelo SNS, não tendo tido ainda consulta (foi marcada para 8 de outubro de 2026, ou seja, só nessa altura posso pedir encaminhamento para a equipa de cirurgia), e sem saber se me vão deixar fazer a cirurgia que pretendo: sem mamilos. Dado esta incerteza, tal como a incerteza sobre se sequer continuaremos a ter, graças ao atual clima político, acesso a cirurgias gratuitas, tal como a angústia que me causa saber que os tempos de espera são precisamente de anos, e cada vez mais; todas estas razões me levam a querer pedir a vossa ajuda para fazer a cirurgia pelo privado.

I've recently began the process through the Public Healthcare System, however I haven't

yet had my consultation (scheduled for october 8th 2026, which means I'll only enter the surgery waitlist after that) and don't know if I'll be allowed to do the mastectomy

I want: no nipples.

For this reason and others, such as if we'll still have access to free surgeries

in the near future (given our current far right political climate in Portugal) and the anguish

it causes me to know the waiting lists take years, increasingly so; all these reasons move me to request

your help to get the surgery via the Private Healthcare System.

In the event I can get the surgery through the Public Healthcare System before
