Update: we have lowered the amount because I may have possibly found a way to have Kaiser removed and aj will only have medí-cal again. I am now just asking for recovery cost to make him comfortable at home as he will be in pain and will have to take it easy.

I am the mother of Alejandro Meza Jr. (AJ)

I have created this go fund me, because my son has to have surgery (ORCHIOPEXY, OPEN, PEDIATRIC) unfortunately, his dad insurance and my insurance are colliding and has left us. No choice but to pay out of pocket at this time. Originally the surgery was scheduled for September 25, 2025. However they called me today to let me know that they have moved it to August 18, 2025, the doctors office called me again a couple hours, Latter to let me know that our insurance wasn’t going to cover it because he had another insurance (his dads) so we had a couple choices.

I talked to his dad after they give us our choices, and it came down to us paying for our son surgery out of pocket, we love our son, and the surgery needs to be done, especially for his health as it can cause problems in the future.
