Hello Everyone,
My name is A.J. (Ahmed Jr). I am 14 years old and was accepted to one of the best schools of San Francisco, Archbishop Riordan High School. There is a estimate of 575 students at Riordan and I am honored to be chosen to be one of them. I am so happy and excited to have a chance to attend Riordan. I work real hard to stay focused on my eduction while holding a 3.0 gpa, football, and being a older brother trying to lead by example. I see so much hardhip around me everyday that the first thing I think about is my future and education. Riordan has lot to offer a mixed culture city kid like myself. They help prep you for college as well as offering college classes at City College across from the school. That would help me in so many ways for my future because I want to become a San Francisco Fire Fighter. To help stay in shape for my future position I want to play football for Riordan with using my experience from playing with S.F. Warriors Football League. The many lessons athletics can teach, including sportsmanship, self-disipline, teamwork, commitment, as well as dealing with success and overcoming adversity, are lessons that will last me a lifetime. Half of my tuition is covered, my mom is is doing all she can to make sure I get this chance for a great education. Please help support or donate towards my education and becoming a Riordan Crusader.
