Hi, I hate doing this. Last month, I was a full time rideshare driver who was doing okay until someone decided to plow into me. My car was totaled and I sustained a concussion and spinal trauma. A few weeks later my rental car coverage is expired and I’m still having a lot of health problems. Meanwhile, the insurance companies involved are working together to make sure to avoid and/or delay paying me a dime. My savings are fast dwindling and I’m running out of stuff to sell. I set my goal at 3000 to cover rent, utilities, groceries, and surprise emergencies until the end of the year (worst case scenario, but lately those are the norm). Again, I hate asking for help, but my back is finally against the wall this time.
